Listed below are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) that people may have when ordering desserts on our website. Though we have tried to cover almost all questions but in case you have any other queries, please feel free to contact us.
Are your desserts certified kosher?
Yes! Our desserts are certified kosher under the Vaad Hakashrus of Las Vegas. All desserts are parve (non-dairy) and Pas Yisroel.
Can I customize my dessert order?
All customization can be made on the website. We have options to choose from flavors, design and colors! If there are no customization options, then those desserts aren’t able to be customized. If you are looking to have custom desserts that are not visible on the website, contact us directly by messaging us on whatsapp at 702-728-1626.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you no longer need your order, you can cancel your order up to 72 hours before pickup. If you’d like to change your order, you have up to 48 hours before pickup to make any changes you may need.
Do you offer delivery options?
Yes, contact us directly to get pricing and options for delivery. We only deliver in the Las Vegas area.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in Summerlin at Bet Yossef – 8551 Vegas Drive, 89128. When your order is placed, you will receive pick up information with everything you need to know!
Are your desserts suitable for special diets?
We have desserts that will cater to all diets and needs. We have naturally gluten free desserts like macarons and our chocolate walnut torte, and can make many of our other desserts gluten free by special requests. For vegan options, contact us directly to see options and availability.
If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.
Do you offer set up options?
Yes, we offer dessert set up options. We will come deliver, set up and pick up the desserts for your party so you can sit back and relax on your special day.
